Features:
- Allows you to create as many tournaments as you want.
- Allows you to create as many events for each tournament as you like.
- Each event within a tournament can be single or double elimination.
- Each event has entry fees, scheduled payout, actual payout and start time for tournament tracking
- Automatically, randomly draws teams for a “Luck of The Draw”, “Blind Draw”.
- If your Blind Draw has an odd number of players, allows you to have a recycled player, with the click of a button
- Automatically places byes in your bracket based on your preference:
- All byes at the top of the bracket
- All byes at the bottom of the bracket
- Byes determined with standard placement throughout
- Controls venue assignment. Drop down list shows the tournament director what venues are currently available for use. I.E. If you have a match playing on Board 1, it isn’t available in the dropdown until the winner of the match has been moved to the next round.
- In the case of a double elimination event, automatically places the looser of a match at the correct location in the looser’s bracket.
- Brings the winner of the looser’s bracket back to the main bracket for the finals match.
- Allows for 512 players/teams for each event within a tournament. (1024 players/teams for a blind draw event.)
- Backs up your bracket with each click of a button. You can re-create a bracket from wherever you stopped with a click of a button. You can re-create any bracket, exactly as it was from any previous tournament event!
- In the case of a late arrival, with the right click of a button, you can replace a bye (or a recycle) with a player or team.
- Keeps players in a database, so if your tournaments have the same players or teams over and over, you don’t have to re-enter them, just a click of a button adds them to any event!
- Player database has the capability to store player’s picture, address, email, etc., so you can notify prior entries about a new tournament.
- Tournament reporting will show how many entries for each event, scheduled payouts and actual payout with gain/loss for each event as well as the overall tournament.
